Prior to establishing Goodman Halioua LLP, Adam gained valuable experience working at the largest victim-side personal injury law firm in Toronto, Ontario. Adam’s practice is focused on fiercely advocating on behalf of victims of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and long-term disability disputes. Adam’s clients are kept informed of the status of their claim and involved from the initial consultation until their claim is successfully resolved.
Adam obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada. Adam frequently appears before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Adam maintains a thorough knowledge of the law surrounding accident benefits and personal injury litigation through regular attendance at legal conferences and seminars, as well as through membership in various legal organizations. Adam has also presented on the topic of Accident Benefits to hospital trauma workers and healthcare professionals. Adam is a past President of the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of York Region.
When Adam is not working, he enjoys spending time with his young family and playing soccer.
